To behave myself..

You wonder why is so terrifying about 'behaving yourself', not only in public, but also toward your family member.

Before I talk abt my most recent election being bgf exco, few minutes ago my bro just crossed line with me. It's nearly 1am and my laptop was was in the kitchen, and I went back to kitchen to replay the incovar flash file, with sound and it was kinda loud. Must have disturbed the whole gang of a*m*y followers having their meeting at the living room at THIS TIME OF THE DAY??!? nearly 1am ok. Then my bro went to kitchen to tell me in such calm tone "ei, your temple didn't teach you respect?"

I wanted to box him. But I couldn't there's a whole crown of stranger outside, with my mom chatting softly with my ah yee on the other corner of the living room. Sometimes, when =t= complain abt how much she couldn't stand her bro... come try associate with my bro.

Just swallow in all my chi... and humbly pack my laptop and cables and move towards upstairs. Before these 20++ bunch of youngsters came, I was nicely seated in the living room, under the blowing fan doing my stuff.

Very extremely annoying getting pissed off with my i-am-supreme bro. It's the type of emotion that you're not really blowing, u just get 'no more juice' when ur bro can 'squash' you until your last drop. Esp on 'how to behave' urself lesson, ie. "why do you have to shout? why cant you talk nicely?".

"what is wrong with your wind today, shout so much, you'll get cancer faster".

its hard to explain what's it like to feel "being told" to behave... my parents have always been 'nagging' me for not behaving properly since young. Sometimes mom is still at it, when I get too frigety trying to explain the same thing over and over again. Or when my mom would ask me something that even if I explain, she wouldn't understand. So what's the point. Her point is "atleast now u tell me, then I hear before". Then next day, she'll most highly forget most knowledge transfered.

It's like I know far too well, how rude I am since the beginning of time, probably due to my arrogance being first child stuff. (i seldom think it is my problem, if people have a problem with me, it's their problem). But in associating with people, esp after graduating from school, coming into society, should I change my cronic rude behaviour to suit the norm of the society?

I'm already controlling many things inside within myself, if I were to also try to suppress my uncommon behaviour, what's left of me?

Again I'd like to bring back what A.Brahm preached, about "forgiving oneself", which is not easy for me, but I'll try to remember that. Forgive myself that I've been rude, to my families and to members of the society in general.

Let's not get too carried away with my encounters of trying to watch myself, control myself, to behave myself. Maybe being too spontaneous a.k.a. 'sampat' is not too good in a normal society.

Another one made me bang my table..

Suddenly the msn pop up... and I saw the pix... and I drop my head on the table (no sound type la, just knock on my hand placed on the table) and my right hand go bang bang bang on the table (ally mcbeal way, no sound type).

After he msg me, he stood up to say something and i see hi face... then i kept controlling my laughter.. he dunno what in the world im laughing at.

Wow... if I could play like that...

Last I went for a Jazz Concert as part of the MPO Jazz Concert series, it was just sooooooooooo amazing. I was totally awestrucked by the skills of these musicians have.

Can you imagine anyone else playing the piano SOOO fast / hard like that?! Usually you see it on TV or hear it on airwave. But when you see it LIVE and hear it LIVE... wow you just go 'Ohhhh Myyy Goddddd'...

Then your jaws go open so wide, you eyes not blinking, you're frozen into the zone!

My fave instrument : piano. Then followed by the saxophone. I guess I like the SOUND of the piano so much, and I feel that is the most difficult to play. Imagine all your fingers working extra extra hard, with such immense power, even your arm could break!

I just felt so thankful we all still have our fingers in tact to our body. Fingers -- such a forceful component of the body -- that can create such wonder!

My fingers are so harden now. Wonder if I could learn how to make it flexible, when I feel bending my left fingers quite a difficult challenge!

Instrumental Jazz music -- dont understand what in the world they're playing yet they're playing it with so much joy and passion and force! Sounds alot like me -- the girl who doesn't care much what she's doing with her life, yet she's simply living life with joy and passion and power! ;) hahaha...

From Hero to Zero

Well, I think I can start looking for new job, or saving enough money if anytime I get suspended. My point is, I have a teamlead who'd just joined earlier than me, taking over a very 'exciting' role. Where she is in a very 'scary' position, that I am worried for her. She's being screwed by her boss right in the open high-level audio-conference, where I joined in.

I joined in because maybe I would be able to help my teamlead to answer any question. Yes, me a small fry, trying to be hero.

Then after that, the other line manager inside the conference came to warn me offline, that shouldn't say what I just said! But you know what, I dun feel comfortable seeing my teamlead go 'eerr..... errrmmmm....(silence)...err....' then i simply hantam la, you know after so many years of training to talk. I mean talking to people, no matter how "BIG" they are. Position doesn't scare me.

So after the conference call, my teamlead commented that I was very daring. Then I replied 'ngo hak dai'. (i bully ppl got, not ppl bully me). Anyway... so the other line manager was telling me, that I have put my team in a worser situation, with our heads to be chop off anytime.

Maybe I should look for new job. Nah... with the blessings of the Triple Gem, I know my team (or atleast I) will shine through the stormy weather. I mean what's work-life without challenges and high-expectation from the bosses?! I've been bracing for it since I finished studies. That's why these people are in their respected seats. I wish I can be like that someday.

Someday... my time will come.

Things I cannot blog

How serious can I get when I want to write something here where I know people will read. If I were to write something that nobody can read, then what's the point.

Ok.. So how about giving nicknames... maybe that would help to keep me from feeling sceptical in writing. It has to do with a 'group' of people that my dad and many temple-goers would comment that they're very a very getsmart / proud group. Just plucking this example of organising an international conference with so many parties involved.

I am a small fry who could see that this is a very difficult crazy hopeless team of management that is getting the whole point wrong. I wish that I dont say this, but I see that the entire team is comprised of females only, of different culture, different background, different ideas. If there's one leader in the team, that leader is such a wrong choice. Everybody knows that, all the different organisations who are involved... everybody know this committee is havoc!

yet... you see im going no where in my email... just dunno how to write what I want to write that is not meant to be written.

Silly things...

Sometimes you wonder how stu.. no.. how silly I can get.

Afternoon : I was walking out from Giant during lunch time, it was a road that I'm walking on with my long pants and sandal with slight heel, while holding a packet of ciku on one hand, and while talking with my cllg... suddenly one heel got hooked over the long pants... I couldn't stop gravity... my whole weight just fall flat splat on to the ground! My only reaction during that split second of fall was to quickly use my hand to break the fall and bend my knees. ***OUCCCH*****

Now THAT was painful! Both knees hurt for that moment that I got up and walked towards the car. Luckily the long pants covered the knees or else I'd sure bleed. Well, there's minor bruise on the right knee now, as the pants is not that think you see. Good thing the pants was dark coloured or else the stain would make me go home to change :( Also luckily I was not wearing skirt .. but then I wouldn't trip and fall with a skirt.. its ALL because of the stupid cutting of the bell-bottom-shaped pants! I think I'll not wanna wear it again...

If you wanna know yeah it felt embarassing so what could I do but just laugh it off. And I wonder why my cllg didn't burst, cos if I were here I would. So to clear the awkward situation, I just laugh first and she breathed a sigh of relief... and we never mention about it again. There were people walking as well, I just imagined that I was invisible :P

At Night : I TOTALLY FORGOT that I had to call in a toll-free number for tele-conference on knowledge transfer by a US guy, together with SG guy and some MY operations people. Of course my teamlead is the one who's invited to join, but she delegated to me, knowing the fact it involves what I do at work. DAMNNN...

What happened... it was supposed to be yesterday, while I was attending an exco mtg where I am a first timer, I brought along the conference code # for me to dail in & listen while attending another meeting physically. But the conference didn't start cos it was POSTPONED to tonight! So that piece of paper with the dailing codes info was in my bag... and I was supposed to have camp mtg but there's none... so what went through my mind?! My uncle's old pentiumIII pc that he wants me to fix for him in 2days, if I can he'll invest another rm500 with me. (That deal was made last Sunday). I didn't actually agree cos its really up to me to make time for him.

Anyway... i just could not believe it I JUST FORGOT ABOUT MY WORK-RELATED CONFERENCE CALL instead I went to fix an old pc at my uncle's house of ALL day! Well, what did I gain out of it?! I just found out some stupid "8603 pointing device error" which will pop up each time I start up.. (after i went to open the shell & did nothing put clumsily plugged in additional RAM). The RAM problem is fixed but this different error appeared without a rootcause. The mouse and keyboard is fine, I didn't mess wiht it. While messing up with this old junk, suddenly I realised its already 9.45pm!!! Wait.. I was supposed to be in a Conference call at 9pm!!! GOsshhh...

I dont wanna leave the impression that I'm THAT forgetful while im still on probation?!!

Anyway... just yummy to eat icecream while the weather is soo hot and while trying to mess up with the system configuration.

*ouch* dun remind me of my knee...

Here goes..

~*~

Dear everyone,

How are you all, I think this is my first time greeting to everyone here!! Nothing much, just wanna share my feeling after being in Sunday Dhamma School for so long, I did see a lot of changes which given me Happiness and Sadness.

I joined Sunday school since I was 7 years old(1988), and until today I am 25 in 2006. I still can remember the joyfulness and happiness when I was here 18years back, I still prefer the last time when we are studying under a shed. May be I am a oldish people which cannot look forward to the future, may be I am not a good person to become a "New Era Buddhist", may be I am just too childish which I always remember the good old days, May be I am no longer BELONGS to Sunday School, I feel so hurt, I feel so helpless, I feel so LOST whenever I am in TEMPLE.

But all this doesn? mean that I am going to Change my religion, what I am going to express is my feeling towards this lovely temple which hiding a great opportunities to accommodate people to feel the dhamma, learn the dhamma and practice the Dhamma. What I learn during my young days was so pure, dhamma, 5 precept, moral, singing, puja and bodhi tree puja. What I am helping or contribute to temple is my ENERGY, my childhood and my Will to make everyone feel this temple is the greatest place that ever had.

But now I feel so lost, lost after I grow together with Sunday School, lost after I become TEACHER, lost after I HELPING too much, lost freedom, lost energy, lost interest and lost of confidence to the Sunday School. Still remember last time, I like to participate myself in hymn singing, story telling and chanting competition, it was so fun! By now the competition disappear and no longer in BISDS. Last time I like to join dancing group, because I have a group of friends which we share and care each other.

Now I feel so lonely, everyone have their own purpose when they coming to SS, but is it learning and practicing DHAMMA? Or learning Loving Kindness? I questioned myself, am I still walk together with Buddha?? Am I being guided properly???

May be when you read until here still don? know what I am talking about, it is ok, just because I am so LOST, don? know what to write and don? know how to say anymore. After joining staff become teacher, I see a lot of things, I see people work in SS because of work, people do their own way, people just thinking their way is correct, others just wrong. People can scold another people because a small mistake! People just justify a person whether he/she is good or bad! People can just ignore you without thinking back last time how the person helped you! People just deserted you because you no longer useful to the group! People just put their stress and unhappiness to you when seeing you so happy!

WHY all this happen?? Not everyone is equal?? How do we judge that a person virtue is higher or lower than you?? How can a SS teacher scolding each other in front of people?? WHY?? Where is our patient? Where is our forgiveness? Where is our initial feeling to the SS?? Is it being ignored or just buries deep in our heart?

Still remember last time being scolded by a teacher, the reason of being scolded is so irrelevant, but no one stand out and stop the scolding, being scolded in SS, not even my parents scolded me that way, saying that I am RUDE? DID I? After learning to SHARE and CARE for 18 years? Feel so helpless! Feel so disappointed!!! Is it my fault?? Did the person who scolded me think twice before scolding?? Shall we learn how to listen and how to forgive?? Or just blindly release the ANGER to some one which is still needs help or should I help the person who scolded me?

I didn? feel the BELONGINGS anymore after since ever, all my friends searching for another groups to join, leaving this SUPERB big family, leaving this SS which had been taught them for quite some time, leaving this harmony yet troublesome home! That is why I disappeared for more than half year, that? why I am so afraid to come back, that? why I feel so helpless whenever I am in SS.

Last time I always introduce to friends how nice is SS, now NO more, me myself not even trust myself can learn anything anymore from here, how do I encourage others to do so? Recently, I lost a paper which required me to type it out, when I asked nicely and apologies, the feedback is SUPERBLY hurt, and I feel my heart break again after so long, after I just recovered from the past, and my heart is crying non-stop till now. Where is the forgiveness?? Where is the understanding of impermanent and patient??

I feel so bad, should I help anymore? Should I direct my attention to smaller temple, I feel there is warmer, at least we SHARE and we CARE.

Nothing more to write?夸ust feel so tired?圩eel so helpless?宇he heart is broken, nothing will cure, and nothing can join it back.

Hope everyone is fine? Hoping everyone is still practicing loving kindness; feel everyone is still happy.

this was what i wanted to post yday. Actually there's more to the lil chat i had with this fat-hao cllg. the next thing he said about the pix (after i printscreen & paste into paint) was "cute mah!"

I wanna pengsan man. EEeeeewww... trying to use aol chat now, cannot tahan talking to him on msn.

although just sitting opposite of me, we dun 'talk' as loudly as the other team.

my office noise level is exactly like PASAR. An IT office Pasar.

(In Cantonese)
A : u havent seen my son meh?
B : no ah, u know my wife is..
C : hey ur so lucky that..
B : why dun u give ur son the..
D : yeah that happen to me..

(suddenly some stranger walk pass the aisle and stop at sombody's table and started talking in english..)
X : Tiffany?!! how come the printer cannot print?!
T : HAIYYOHH U KNOW HOW OR NOT?? (in very high pitch voice)
X : U SEE LA!!

... meanwhile our quiet team, position in the CENTRE of this office space, right beside the printer/photostate room, in between the noisy cantonese-speaking serverteam and the annoying loud malay man's team.

sometimes u hear ppl putting on SPEAKER PHONE. When you have the BOSS from SG on that speaker phone, the entire office can listen to her yakking away.

how to make people shut up!

My analysis :: I am lazy

Have you heard of the joke "when the book open, my eyes close; when the book close, my eyes open". Well that speaks for me all through my formal education life.

My dad's single most-repetitive sarcastic advise "you know actually I didn't know I could get grade 2 in the then SPM, everybody thought I was going to fail. I really didn't study! If I could have just studied a lil more I could have been better."

Err, well so it also kinda make sense to me. I was just so not studying-hard, but hard enough for me to know that I could reach a certain mark to satisfy myself.

You wanna know how my mom would comment about exam (any form of exam)? "I dont know why I have exam-phobia, when I enter exam hall, I just cannot think!"

So you know what kinda family background I come from, the lazy family?! Well I really hope this is not an excuse for me to strive harder in life. Unlike many friends who had some role-model / elder sibling to look up to and strive hard to acheive the benchmark, I am the eldest. The first grandchild for both side of the grandparents. First to go to school, first to enter uni, first to grad, first to get a job. (sounds like bragging huh?!) But there's how I get perasan easily.

Anyway, for my own record, the longest time spend studying in the library is ONE full hour. I see my coursemates spending the rest of the afternoon until late in the evening studying in the library. I seriously tried it and I couldn't take it. I just fell soooo sleepy and walked out of the library after one hour. Yes and went back straight to my own room to nap.

I knew I was going to meet 3.0 from the start and I know 3.75 is sooooooooooooooooo far away but not imposible, why try killing myself? Sleep is sooo syiok...

Did you know what was my nickname for my ah Yees? From the beginning of time that I could remember anything, they labelled me "Sleeping Beauty". Even my mom said when I was a toddler, I was very 'easy' to babysit, as I sleep all the way through from 8pm - yes even as a BABY i enjoyed sleeping.

So my point is, because I am lazy, that's why I dont have the drive to succeed!

Then according to a close friend, she said because I dont have the drive (due to contentment), that's why I am lazy! Huh?!! Make sense? Sounds like chicke and egg.

So there, can go sleep now.. :D please dont get jealous of me, for I fall asleep like a baby easily, even at this point of life and probably will always be like that until I die. Wish to die peacefully in my sleep too! :P (when im 60 lah..)

Hunger, Desire, Dream to be Successful in Malaysian context

This dilemma (I dunno what you call it) has been playing in my head since coming out to work. I've been 'brainwashed' or so to speak from Sunday School upbringing about the 3 Characteris of the Universe (and all things Buddhistic) which spells Dukka, Anicca & Anatta.

I understood the Buddhist perspective of Dukkha just as how Christians appreciate life and love God. Nothing could really make me feel so bad that could lead me to depression or make me hurt myself. I could even see beyond this life, and hope one day I could breakfree from this realm of Samsara.

From this point, I have to link back to Alex Tan's teaching on "Attitude". I have the knowledge of Dhamma, I know it is good, but am I practising / working on it? Have even attempt to join a Meditation retreat or practise mindfulness in my everytime?

Back to the dilemma on how to be successful, where by in the Malaysian context means $$$. Everytime when I attend a business opportunity meeting with any MLM company or even in my UT motivational training last Saturday, they driving message is always to dream, to set goals, to have desire, to be hungry for MORE $$$$ in the near future.

I was told that the highest paying job is to be a salesman. But a salesman is also the lowest paying job, IF I'm lazy. NOW this tie back to my "ATTITUDE". Although I have strong interest in business-finance, although I wish to be my own boss, although I really hope to be at least financially sound... I have this big attitude problem holding me back from pushing myself harder / further / better.

At the end of the day, I am always contradicting myself. I join the sales line but I dont have the desire / hunger to meet high target. I'm already satisfied with my life at this instant, how in the world do I find the 'hunger' or the 'desire' to succeed?

Gossh.. now no wonder in my right palm, I cannot see the 'career' line. There's only 3 lines on my palm : Heart, Head & Life. Of course scientifically you will not give a **** about what's ON my hand, even INCOVAR had preached "Destiny Lies IN Your Hand, Not ON Your Hand". What if did not choose to write the story of my life?

Another issue that I couldn't figure out is how can I be a Buddhist yet have strong desire / hungry for success or money? A friend of mine has the 'hunger' to drive her in her insurance selling, to provide to her family a much better life a head. Me? My parents are ALREADY satisfied with their lives. My parents has no worries for me. My parents suka-suka go here, or go there holiday. I know that even if I couldn't afford to sponsor both of them for vacation every year, its still OK!

In last Saturday's training, they asked me to find my sales-target. After doing my personal need-analysis, my own sales target is only RM10k per year. Which is SOOOOOOO doh. One of the trainer said 'its too little, you do or dont do no problem'.

There's also another silly issue with doing sales -- Just Do It, dont ask!

Well, according to them, I must be "teachable" and willing to learn. Great, I am willing to learn but I couldn't really agree with "dont ask". It really suit my brother, where he is hardcore A*M*Y where he download everything from his uplines and do exactly what they teach him, no questions asked. He works hard everynight, meeting potential customers, attend meetings or training, going for seminar and conventions.

Sometimes, it seemed like I'm "giving excuse" to myself, but am I really such a "lazy" person? So laziness it is, the obstacle stopping me from striving harder to reach financial freedom! (it is not?)

I wonder if it is even OK if I do not have a dream now. Without a dream will probably annoy other people with different perspective. Now it seems I'm ranting no where, shall sign off.

Cheerios!

Good Friday

i just wannn shout out... at 8.55am in the office now on a Friday (i love friday)... im having TAU FOO FAH!!!! :D hahaha... ok maybe only YT know how much this means to me. *awwww...

I think i've NOT had Tau Foo Fah since the time that I had accute toe pain! (suspect gout)

ANYWAy, you dont hear the annoying midi (titled Once in a While) anymore looping forever in this blog. See I get the hint from people that it is annoying... but somebody just told me straight in the face "can you please take out the midi very annoying!"

Hey, I just realise, how come I'm in such good mood today, well its not a normal Friday, its Good Friday! Before that, my teamlead just text said she's on MC. Wow... you let me be on a FRIDAY without supervision!

You see, on Friday I get to wear anything I want! Well, meaning jeans allowed. And, I just found out 9 countries are on holiday today! Of course not including China... but other than that... not much I can do today :D

Oh china... I was talking to a very 'difficult chinese' user yday. I mean, the Chinese slang was sooo different. He was from ZhengZhou, some 900km away from Shanghai. 500km from BeiJing. And he didn't understand a word of English. So I was really using almost 99% Chinese for that conversation.

Ahh... Good Friday... cant wait to catch Da Vincci Code on screen!

Happy Birthday to my hypersensitive mom

Ok, so I'm not the best daughter that any mother can get. Tomorrow is her birthday, and I thought of giving her a treat.

That's when it all turn to angry face and teary eyes! All because I commented to dad that mom 'tarik harga', when she in the kitchen HEARD me saying it! (of all days, she usually have bad hearing) Stupid comment you might say.

Yes, but how can you describe a person who kept rejecting your offer for to go out for dinner, where invitation extended to grandma as well as some of her siblings (who are not married) who usually join us for dinner in any special occasion.

Why she kept saying "no need dinner!" (in a very stern voice)
"I said no need to call.."
"Why??"
"If you call, you dont call everybody.. always scared to belanja everybody... better dun call.."

Everybody means even my ahku, ahkim.. 2nd ahku + 2nd ahkim and family. Then it will come up to 2 tables, and in my mind I felt that I could still afford to pay 2 tables in a normal Chinese restaurant. But I didn't wanna talk much with her, to have to assure her that I'm willing to pay.

Must be my brand as being really complainy each time when it comes to who pays. Well, frankly speaking you have to understand that my mom's siblings are alot less generous than my mom, to know why the big fuss over every big 'dinner' when invitation is extended to everybody.

I tell you... you wouldn't give a shit what I'm writing here, as I quite honestly do not care either. Although in most of the 'what do you regret most in life' question I'd relate to my dealing with my mom.

I am such a straightforward, insensitive and tidak-apa person.

My mom is such a hypersensitive, very hard to please, extremely fierce person.

I remember everybody birthday in my family, and I organise most family dinner. My bro didn't even know why are we having special dinner tomorrow evening. When I contacted all my ahku, ahyee... even my grandma.. NOBODY know it was my mom's bday tomorrow. YET my mom is ANGRY AT ME, the birthday-do organiser.

It's VERY SICK to me, whenever her birthday comes, when I say let's go out for dinner, she'd not appreciate or agree to it. She will say "no need go out, waste money, I cook normal dinner".

Isn't that plain tarik harga with me?! Goodness sake, you tell me to go 'tam' my mother... sorry la, I better die labelled as the worst daughter thay you could ever have.

give me a break...

Lessons from Alex Tan..

So Sat morning suppose to meet AT and CO to see what else to cleanup for the Room. Then having AT around is like.. whoah you know what.

So let me put down in words, if only I'd wrote down on the spot what he said, or that I'd a Xda II mini in hand ;P or if I do not have short-term-memory... I almost forgot completely what he said, but still managed to recollect back the fancy words used.

1. Are you a Problem Maker or Solution Provider? A problem is not a problem until you raised it. (ok that sounds alot like me at work). So then PM is actually needed if not you wont know what is the problem. And I guess I can go a step further and be a SP, after I know what is the problem! (from my experience, Perfect Melancholy tend to be a big PM to me, "PM" you see). So then I was wondering, if a person is not a PM and not even SP, what is he? There are people like that at work too.

2. Good questions that I can ask people, (for my endeavour in dealing with most people having personal problems) :
a. "Who are you?"
b. "Who do you want people to think of you?"(I prefer to ask How)
c. "What motivates you?"

3. something I cannot understanding... not even the WORD itself, something about balance the equilibrium... what? Last I heard this word is in my eng. math class, when the lecturer was explaining something that I couldn't grasp... blekk... my brain no enuff power.

4. Now this bring me to something, which was most important lesson, but I FORGOT!!! There's about 3 or 4 points to it, something like if you want to be successful, you have to..
1. ... isit get a mentor?? ...
2. ... (what?!?)
3. Do research / read alot

gosh... I still had it in mind while driving home... then I now forgot...

5. a) Knowledge. b)Attitude. c) Behaviour. d) Group Behaviour

6. The most important thing about getting a mentor, is about the mentee. Does the mentee wants to change / listen / follow / decide / choose like what mentor advised? (Good question, though I was advised to improve on my vocals, but I still speak the same pitch/tone/speed :P)

7. I realised,I am a lazy person by Alex Tan's definition of lazy person :D haha...

8. I realised, why some people labelled me as idealistic from this Johari Window test. I would agree with most answers given by friends, just felt abit paranoid with people who dare not (or do not) reveal themselves when they make a comment about me. Of course by my definition of 'religious' I'm really not, but got quite high score for that.

9. .. Alex didn't explain why he said taking MBA is good for those with Engineering background!?
10. Ask me to read what Alex commented for subangboy ... so I read, ahem... pening!!! Now this relates to the point of "Research / Read alot" which I do very little of, so.. AHA! See... that's why I am just merely average in my academics and I grasp concept slowER!

11. Did he just said "in order to know how much you really know, you must teach other people, then you'll know". Then I realised, how little I know, when I teach my sun class, I wonder how my co-teacher is able to just talk for the whole session without referring to a book, on life of Buddha stories / history. She pointed to her head, its her in her memory. Indeed she KNOWS alot! As for ME?! One hour class is rather difficult to pass, as I can so paiseh admit, my knowledge in Buddhist stories is soo little. I dont bother to read!

20% population, 80% of problem

Hahaha.. this is what is said by another team manager, who's Aussie... about... the Singaporeans!! haha...

you know what happened, our team was screwed by one of the client (from SG of course) who purposely disable the asset mgt service in his machine (in last Dec) to "test" see how "fast" the operation people (our KL team) come back to him to check his pc. Then until now nobody came, so he escalated to the big boss... the rest is history.

Like THAT also CAN?! kanasai... another guy said "this guy should be shot!"

So that's why they say.. they're 20% of the population, 80% of problem!!

I'm waiting to see when do they get taught their lesson...

Happy April Fool's Day!

Issh... how often do you get fooled by anyone on this special day? From the day I was born... ok too long ago, I cant remember anything back then. But all I know is MY DAD is SUPER DUPER April's Fool junkie.

From my hair is white colour, my uniform was stained, my tyre pumchit... anything to everything. When is this going to stop?!

Today I woke up as usual, and thinking I'm old enough not to go on fooling other people, but my DAD would STILL try to be funny. He used his handphone to call the housephone, so that I'd complain about nobody picking up the phone and then start running downstairs to pick up the phone.... when half way through I saw my dad 'hiding' his handphone... yeah right, another prank. I didn't pick up the phone.

Just moments ago, while using this computer upstairs, the phone downstairs rang again (after my friend called once). So I went downstairs, before I could say "hello?" My dad LAUGHED SO HARD... Oh my god.. does it look funny to you?! No it doesn't. I just continue talking to nobody on the phone, hearing the echo of my dad's laughter and pretend talking to somebody.

You want find actors for your next movie? Find my dad and my brother. I asked my dad WHY couldn't he NOT fool me for once, he said he cannot tahan because he got fooled by somebody else. My aunty who pakat with my mom who fooled my dad ALL THE WAY from TAIPING. Yeah, its a sad joke to pull saying the precious dog gone missing!

Happy April Fool! Hai.. there's no end to it, it comes once every year!
